What program(s) do you use to create your designs/sites?

My platform of choice is Wordpress, and my tools of trade are Adobe Photoshop CS3 for my designs, an 8×6 UC-Logic Graphic Tablet for my art, Crimson Editor for my coding, and iTunes for my musical inspiration. As for the one or two photos that I tend to take, I either use my Pentax Optio W10 digital camera or my girlfriend’s much nicer Nikon D80 SLR.

What content management systems (CMS) are your designs made for?

Most of my designs are made for Wordpress since I’m a bit biased, but I also make designs, both custom and pre-made, for Blogger, and a few for Livejournal (and its copies). At the moment I only make custom Livejournal designs, but maybe in the future I’ll come out with some pre-mades.

How much does a site design cost?

Because designs vary in the time and detail put into them, so too does the cost. For a rough estimate on how much a custom design will cost, I suggest you fill out the Quote Request form and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. You can choose budgets between $200-$400, $400-$700, $700-$1000, or over $1000.

How do I pay you?

All payment will be through PayPal, a secure, easy-to-use payment system. You can make a payment with credit cards, your PayPal account or your bank account. Before work begins on your design, I ask for a small down payment and after the work is completed, the rest will be paid in full (the design will be installed after payment is received).

How long does it take for you to finish a design?

This depends on how many clients I have. Currently, the wait time should take no more than two weeks. If I expect it to be more, I’ll let you know.

I love your art! Could you incorporate some into my design?

I would love to! The amount of time it takes to complete an image will depend on the subject and detail you’d like in it, and since the cost is added up by hour, it will be more expensive. But I will be happy to do it! I will not draw copyright material though – all artwork must be original ideas.

Can I change your design once it’s up?

You can make minor color changes (fonts and links) if you know basic HTML. If you are planning on making bigger changes, such as an image or layout, I would appreciate it if you kept my link up to acknowledge that the base was created by me. Thank you!
